Graduates should arrive at 6:30 p.m. to line up for the ceremony.

Tickets
Each senior will receive SIX tickets. No one will be admitted without a ticket. In order to pick up your tickets the student must go to their house office and complete the following starting May 13th:
1. Pay Graduation Fee- $35.00
2. Request Final Transcript- forms found in their House Office.

Cap & Gown
Cap and gown pick up will be Thursday, May 13th during all lunch shifts in the commons area. The cap, gown, and tassel are property of the student and need not be returned to Chaska High School.

Proper Student Attire/Behavior for Graduation
Parent/Guardian, please discuss and reinforce appropriate graduation ceremony attire and behavior with your child. We will not allow individuals to participate in the ceremony who intend to detract from the appropriate decorum by wearing inappropriate attire, being under the influence of chemicals, or by engaging in disruptive behavior. Suggested student attire:
1. Boys & Girls should wear nice shoes

Graduation Practice & Picture
Practice- 10:00 a.m. on Friday, June 11th at Grace Church in Eden Prairie. Attendance at Graduation practice is mandatory for all seniors including early graduates and those who attend the COOP and PSEO. The practice will take approximately two hours. The church asks that no food or drink be brought into the church.

Diplomas
Because final exams are given the last days of school, only the diploma covers are handed out the night of graduation. Diplomas will be mailed as soon as final grades are recorded, your child’s credits are validated, his/her books are returned, and any fines are paid.

Final Transcript Request
Final transcripts are typically sent to the school or program you will be enrolling in after you graduate. You have two options to send your final transcript to the school of your choice:
1. Docufied- there is a cost of $2.55 per transcript and you must go online to sign up for this service. There are fee waivers available for students who qualify- see your counselor for more info. Website: www/docufide.com

Graduation Participation Fee: $35.00
To help offset the cost of graduation there will be a graduation fee incurred to each student.
$25.00 (graduation participation) + $10.00 (graduation commerative stole) = $35.00 Total charge
Please make your check for $35.00 payable to Chaska High School. Fees are due by May 28th and can be paid in the student’s house office.
