Welcome To My Art Department Webpage!

I have always thought this area to be a beautiful location in the state. We recently moved to the Twin Cites south metro area and I am very happy to be joining the art staff at Chaska High School.

This will be my 18th year of teaching art. I started my art career as a designer and have a B.A. degree from the College of St. Benedict with a double major in Art and Design. I followed with a B.S. degree in Art Education, and received my M.A. degree in Education. I have also taught college art, and workshops and art camps outside of the school setting...I just love art!

My ongoing goals are to continue to work in Art Education, Visual Arts, Media Arts, and Design, to be challenged in my creative endeavors, and to teach and inspire others who share a love of the arts.
